Palm Treo Versa Mail syncing only prior days mail
I am using Hotsync manager 4.0.1 and sync'ing to ACT! for contacts, calander, etc. Not sure what the problem is on your system, maybe the above might be helpful. It contradicts what they told me in email, but at the same time doesn't even help. The article from August can be found at

It will only sync the Inbox when this happens. It only seems to happen if I take the device off the cradle after an initial sync or if I update my calander on the PC. Tried all flavours of AS wiped device several times recreated my mail account on PC and it still does this. Whats bizzare is I replaced my old HP545

The problem of no tick boxes against Calender, Tasks, Notes or Contacts continues, however it does have my Outlook mail including all of my sub-folders, which are all syncing just fine. To aid diagnosis, when I reinstalled Activesync and created a partnership, I had the list of folders to select for syncing.

With 2.0.5 You can only setup mail for the mail program you use and contacts and calander and everything else just follows. I switched over to all Outlook conduits and it syncs with Outlook calendar, contacts, tasks and notes. However, it will not sync with my Outlook/Exchange Mail. I must be missing something very basic. HotSync will also cause Outlook to go out and get my new e-mail. But HotSync doesn't wait for the e-mail to be received and then download it into my palm. Instead HotSync just takes off and starts syncing with Calander, Contacts, Task etc... So in the end I don't get the e-mail that was just received downloaded

... no matter what, they will only get email, contacts, calander,.... everything from the previous day and then it "pretends" to synch, blinks and nothing , until the next day, they receive all the email from the previous day... all the while outlook sends and recieves all day like nothing wrong.
